Cottony Cushion Scale
Seeing fuzzy white patches on your plants? 🐛
Cottony cushion scale and other soft-bodied scales are very visible right now, often showing up as fluffy white masses along stems and leaves. Believe it or not these are insects that feed on the shady side of foliage. We’re spotting them especially on:
* Holly
* Euonymus
* Magnolia
* Camellia
* Rhododendron
* Yews (Taxus)
* Maple (especially Norway and Red Maples, for other scale species too)
* Hydrangea
These pests can multiply fast, but luckily our organic insecticidal soap treatments are highly effective at knocking them back without harming your plants or the environment. 💚🌎
If you’re seeing signs, don’t wait — early intervention works best!
